Surgery Closed for Staff Training Dates
The Practice Nurses hold daily clinics. Appointments can be made for:
We hold a baby clinic for the routine immunisations of babies and toddlers.
An Ante Natal Clinic is held at the surgery every Tuesday morning – 10:00am – 12:30pm
Please telephone between 2:00pm – 5:30pm for the results of tests, x-rays etc. To protect patient’s confidentiality results will only be given to the actual patient concerned.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice. It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
Apart from advice on choosing the right Contaceptive for you, we are also providing Depot Contraception and the Implant (Nexplanon) for contraception.

We request all patients on the pill to have their Blood pressure checked every 6 months.
Well Man Clinics
We want you to stay fit and feel well.
We offer Prostate cancer screening and medical and psychological support on worrying sexual conditions such as Erectile dysfunction and Premature ejaculation.
There isn't a specific test for prostate cancer but a PSA blood test may detect whether there is a problem with your prostate. Any man over the age of 50 and younger men at increased risk can ask their GP for the test.
Some men over the age of 50 have problems with their 'waterworks', i.e having to go more often at night, daytime frequency, poor stream and difficulty initiating. Please see your GP if you have any of these symptoms. You do not have to suffer in silence.
What is Patient Access?
With Patient Access, you can now view, book and cancel appointments at your local GP surgery from home, work or on the move-wherever you can connect to the internet. What is more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.
How do I register?
Please visit the Surgery and speak to Julie who will provide you with an access code then you will be able to register online.
Is my information secure?
All information that is sent to your surgery via Patient Access is secure. Your personal details are encrypted and protected using the highest standard internet security, so it cannot be intercepted. Only you and your GP surgery are able to see this information.
Flu vaccines are usually available from the end of September until the end of December.Please contact the Surgery to make your appointment.
We strongly recommend you seek professional advice regarding any vaccinations required for traveling abroad. Contact the surgery to book an appointment with one of our Practice Nurses.
