JOIN OUR PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP!

To register please pick up an application form at Reception.

The practice set up a Patient Participation Group (PPG) in 2011.  To try to attract more patients to this group we decided to set up a Virtual PPG.  Unfortunately the virtual group has not taken off in the way we hoped and it has been decided to return to the original format, meeting up 2-3 times a year.  The aim of the group is to listen to patients views and work together to help improve the services we offer and inform patients how the practice works.  All registered patients are welcome.
